Pastor Teni serves as the co-lead pastor of GoodLife Church. She is the President of Women of Valor, a non-profit organization that reaches and supports underserved women in many parts of Maryland.
Pastor Teni also has many years as both a corporate executive and an entrepreneur in fashion, logistics and workforce development.
